We collected fee stacks from member purchases across the major car auction platforms. Rough shares of the overage above hammer price: platform buyer fees 40–55%, vehicle shipping 20–35%, broker/service fees 10–20%, title and registration the remainder. The spread is wide because shipping distance dominates — a Northeast buyer pulling a truck from a Texas yard pays a very different total than a local pickup.
